Terms of Use
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Consilience AI website. They do not cover our software products, which are provided under a separate customer agreement.
1. About these Terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at consilienceai.com and its subpages (the "Site"), operated by Consilience AI, Inc. ("Consilience," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. They do not govern Consilience's software products or services, which are provided solely under a separate written agreement between Consilience and the relevant customer. If you use our products, that agreement — not these Terms — controls.
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to consumers or to children.
2. Changes to the Site and these Terms
The Site is an informational and marketing resource. We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Permitted use and license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own informational and internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, articles, the glossary, benchmarks, graphics, logos, images, page design, and the "Consilience" and "Consilience AI" names and marks — are owned by Consilience or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law (for example, fair use or ordinary browser caching), you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by our robots.txt and llms.txt.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
- introduce malware or otherwise attempt to harm the Site or its users; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We welcome search engines and AI assistants that crawl the Site in accordance with our robots.txt and llms.txt to index and cite our content.
6. No professional advice
Site content — including blog posts, the glossary, comparisons, and any benchmarks or statistics — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. Credit-modeling, fair-lending, and model-risk topics are complex and fact-specific; consult your own qualified advisors before acting. You are responsible for your own regulatory compliance and lending decisions.
7. Statistics, benchmarks, and forward-looking statements
We attribute statistics and case-study results to their source and date where shown. Even so, Site content is provided "as is," may be simplified or rounded, and may become out of date. Results described for one customer or dataset are not a guarantee of future or comparable results.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party sites and services — for example, demo scheduling via Calendly, our LinkedIn page, and investor or portfolio pages. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSILIENCE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED $100 USD. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY TERMS IN A SEPARATE PRODUCT AGREEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consilience and its affiliates from third-party claims and related expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to venue there.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings about the Site. Sections 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination of these Terms.
